Tracey received her bachelor’s in accounting and has worked in the field of accounting for 30 years. She and her husband Dave have owned and operated multiple businesses together including homecare, property management, a CPA practice, and many other real estate ventures.
Tracey has a true passion for helping others and has twice been a caregiver herself. At age 18, she moved in with her widowed grandmother and saw firsthand the struggles and general decline in health her grandmother had. Later, her paternal grandfather became ill. With no remaining living children, Tracey once again stepped in to provide care for her grandfather. Both of her grandparents had been accustomed to living in custom homes and didn’t want to leave their beautiful homes.
These experiences sparked a desire in Tracey to create something that allowed seniors to move into a beautiful home with the benefit of having the home managed, food cooked, and if needed, someone there to take care of the senior. Although Tracey has run multiple companies over the years, Beacon Crest has her heart and the staff members and residents have become a part of her family.
In her spare time, she loves traveling, playing tennis, listening to country music, but most of all spending time with her children and grandchildren.
